Celebrate America at Point State Park....
Activities start from noon to 10 p.m. at Point State Park, 601 Commonwealth Place in downtown Pittsburgh.
Before the fireworks start at 9:30 p.m. the Pittsburgh community can enjoy the Air Force flyover, six bands for a full day of live music and children activities all day long. The Fort Pitt Museum will also have a range of historic events, including rifle and musket demonstrations and 18th Century re-enactors. If you are in the mood to dance, there will be free music at Heinz Field or out of the city for some community activities, fun and fireworks! Happy 4th of July! Enjoy!
